How do I purchase tickets? Tickets can be purchased online here in advance, and you will receive a ticket barcode via e-mail after purchasing. Simply show your ticket barcode on your phone or bring a printed copy when you arrive.
Are tickets sold per car or per person? Tickets are sold per vehicle, not per person. One ticket covers everyone in your car, SUV, or standard-size vehicle.
Can I buy tickets at the gate? Yes, tickets are available at the gate while supplies last. However, we recommend purchasing online in advance to guarantee entry and avoid long wait times.
What are the event dates and hours? The light show runs from November 13th–January 4th. Open nightly from 4:30PM–10:30PM. We are open rain, snow, or shine.
How long does the drive-through take? On average, the drive-through experience takes 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic and is over 2 miles long. During peak nights, it may take a little longer.
What types of vehicles are allowed? Cars, SUVs, and vans are welcome. Oversized vehicles such as buses, RVs, trailers, and limousines are not permitted. There is a strict 8' height limit and 9' width limit on all vehicles.
Can I get out of my car during the drive-through? For safety reasons, all guests must remain inside their vehicles during the light show.
Are restrooms available? No, restrooms are not available on site.
Can I take photos or videos? Absolutely! Feel free to capture the magic from your car. We'd love for you to share your photos on social media using #ChristmasLandValley. Drone photography is prohibited.
What happens in bad weather? The show runs in rain, snow, or shine. In the rare case of extreme weather requiring closure, updates will be posted on our website and social media.

Can I make changes to my reservations if I need to? Yes, changes to time or date of tickets already purchased may be done at no additional charges, please email info@christmaslandvalley.com for help with this.
